Small,
quick, and easy!
Simply
remove the Rat-Trap II from your pocket, (1), open it, and place it under the
suspect's tyre (2). If the suspect attempts to flee (3), the Rat-Trap™ II
will quickly deflate the tyre.
In
moments, the slower speed of the vehicle will force the suspect to stop.
